This Return & Refund Policy is issued in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 (India). By placing an order on https://shoppybazaar.com, you agree to the terms stated below.

 

1. Strict Damage-Only Return Policy

ShoppyBazaar operates under a Damage-Only Return Policy.

Returns shall be accepted strictly and exclusively in cases where:

The product is physically damaged at the time of delivery.

The damage is manufacturing-related and not caused after delivery.

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

No other circumstances shall qualify for return.


2. Mandatory Proof Requirement

To protect against fraudulent claims and misuse:

 A continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from sealed package opening is mandatory.

The shipping label and outer packaging must be clearly visible.

The damage must be clearly shown in the same video.

Claims without proper video evidence will be automatically rejected.

This requirement is implemented to prevent false claims and is legally valid when clearly disclosed before purchase.

 

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns shall NOT be accepted under the following conditions:

Change of mind

Incorrect product selection by customer

Minor color or design variations due to screen differences

Used, washed, altered, or tampered products

Failure to provide mandatory unboxing video

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

All sales are considered final except for verified damaged products.

 

4. Inspection & Verification Process

All claims undergo internal quality verification.

ShoppyBazaar reserves the right to reject claims found to be false, manipulated, or incomplete.

In case of dispute, internal warehouse packing footage may be reviewed.

Fraudulent claims may lead to permanent account suspension and legal action under applicable Indian laws.

 

5. Replacement & Refund Terms

If the claim is approved:

Replacement will be provided at no extra cost.

If replacement is unavailable, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Refund will be processed only via verified bank transfer or UPI.

Customer must provide accurate details.

No cash refunds will be provided.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refusal to accept COD delivery may result in blacklisting of the customer account.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

ShoppyBazaar’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase value of the product.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

8. Legal Jurisdiction


All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Madhya Pradesh], India.
